This beautiful boy produced 6 gorgeous babies between 2009 and 2011. I am very proud of the foals he has produced.  Nonetheless, babies are quite a bit of work and I will not be breeding for a 2013 foal crop.  I have placed Rocket up for sale for a limited amount of time.  I am asking $1800 for him.   However, Rocket will continue standing at stud for a fee of $500 + mare care until he has been sold.  He has been tested and does not carry the lethal white gene. He has had some ground training, but I have not started to break him yet. He comes from a large bloodline on his dam's side.  His sire's side is Tyke which means they are short, stocky, cow horses.  Rocket is built like his sire.  He is 14.3hh.  I have shown stallions on multiple occasions and I have had expereince with a number of stallions.  God must have broke the mold when he made this boy.  I have never had a stallion this calm, collected, and even mannered.  I can walk him through a barn full of mares in heat and he will still focus on me.  In addition, I usually only pasture breed him.  He never marks up or abuses the mares. Due to his awesome personality, he will onlu be up for sale until May 2012.  In May, I will have him castrated and I will then take the time to break him.  After that, I will probably end up keeping him as a gelding.
